Join us for a cozy evening dedicated to focaccia and learn how to make it from scratch - this time with a special touch of edible flowers, in collaboration with Fabrizia from You Plant Amsterdam.
How the workshop works:
At the beginning, each participant will prepare their own dough from scratch, following our recipe step by step. This way, everyone learns the first part of the process in a practical way.
At the same time, we'll provide a second dough prepared in advance with the same recipe. This one will already be partly risen, and during the workshop we'll guide you through the remaining proofing stages, showing how to handle it at each step.
